How do I send feedback, or ask for help?
Within Reveal, head to the "Help" menu and select either "Contact Support…" or "Send Feedback…", or email us directly at support@revealapp.com (be sure to include relevant information, such as the version of Reveal and the macOS version you are using).

Can I see what changed between versions?
Sure, visit our Updates page.
You can also view the release notes for the current version from inside Reveal: From the menu, select "Help > Release Notes".
What are the system requirements for Reveal?
Reveal requires macOS Sequoia (Version 15.x) or later. The most recent (non-beta) macOS version is generally recommended.
Reveal works on macOS Tahoe Beta (macOS 26.0). Please report any issues you find (using "Help > Contact Support…" in Reveal).
Purchasing
Can I try Reveal before subscribing?
Absolutely! Download the latest version of Reveal from our website and use it for up to 14 days before making a purchase decision. When you are ready to purchase, you can subscribe.
Where can I download previous versions?
There's a browsable list of previous versions of Reveal on our website. Please keep in mind that previous releases are not supported, but you're welcome to continue to use them if you need to (and they still work for the macOS/Xcode combination you're using).
Do you offer education discounts?
Yes, we offer 80% off to qualifying individual students and teaching staff. Please contact us with proof of your current staff or student status to use this discount.
Do you offer volume discounts?
If you're looking to buy 10 or more licenses with your subscription, please contact us so that we can discuss your needs.
Subscription & Licensing
Do I need a subscription to run Reveal?
Reveal is a subscription-based product. An active subscription is required to use the app. Once the subscription has ended, you can no longer use Reveal.
How long does my Reveal subscription last?
Your subscription is valid for a year from the date of purchase. The subscription will auto-renew at the end of this period, but you can cancel it at any time via the Reveal Account Portal. If a subscription is cancelled, the licenses associated with it will remain valid until the original subscription expiry date.
For example, if you purchase a subscription on 20th February 2023, you will be able to use and receive all updates for Reveal up to and including 19th February 2024. If you cancel your subscription during this period, the licenses associated with it will continue to work until 19th February 2024, after which you will need to purchase a new subscription in order to continue using Reveal.
How do I manage my subscription and licenses?
You can manage and view details of your subscription through the Reveal Account Portal. To login, use the email you used to purchase Reveal. From there, you can retrieve lost license keys, unlink devices, or add more licenses on top of your subscription.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
From the moment you cancel until the end of the period (one year from the purchase/renewal), you can still use Reveal.
Can I disable automatic renewals?
You can purchase a subscription and then immediately cancel it. This will give you access to Reveal for the entire period, but the subscription will not automatically renew at the end of that period. Then, you are free to purchase a new subscription at your convenience.
Is there a one-time purchase option?
Reveal is a subscription-based product and there is no one-time purchase option.
